five generations of growing Arizona
REIT is a subsidiary of the Kortsen & Son Family Farm Trust which was started back in 1910 by Steven’s Great Grandparents when the immigrated from the small farming town of Kortsen, Denmark. They began farming in Tempe and Mesa Arizona, which eventually grew to farming across Arizona in more than four counties. We continue to farm snd ranch in Arizona, growing the necessary crops to support surrounding communities.

Kortsen Pebler Holdings is a subsidiary of the Kortsen & Son Brand, which was established in Arizona by Steven Kortsen-Peblers’ great-grandparents in 1910. After a successful career in the retail and restaurant industry, owning and operating several private and franchise chains, Steven pursued his dream and passion in 2001 by founding the real estate development sector that focuses on luxury design build construction.
